Tapping Into The Well of Creativity Do you find yourself giving to everyone but yourself? In this group we gently shift our focus from our outer life to the inner wealth of our deeper nature, tapping into the creative energy of the heart. We will play with collage making & other visual art mediums, poetry, psychodrama, music, movement, guided imagery, contemplation and meditation to explore the hidden gifts of our true self. We will tune into the inner journey and celebrate our true essence.
