2022 is a time of change. Many of us are using this flux to facilitate growth in our lives. I believe therapy is one of many ways to reach this individual and collective transformation.

During my over 20 year career as a therapist , I am constantly amazed by the therapy process and have only grown MORE honored each time I am asked to join in with you to walk this special path.

I received my masters in community mental health from Radford University. I am licensed in Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor, in New York as a Licensed Mental Health Professional and am certified in Neurofeedback. My undergraduate degree in art from Virginia Commonwealth University led me to working in several therapeutic art positions with people of all ages and abilities. Post Masters degree, my work developed from creative expression to more person centered psychotherapy incorporating a variety of tools that draw from an eclectic mix of modalities. . I have worked as a psychotherapist in a wide array of places including private schools, residential facilities, and homeless shelters. Since 2009 I have been in private practice working with individuals and couples and groups of all ages, gender, race, sexual orientation, socio-economic backgrounds, citizenship status, ability and more. The whole unique person is welcome in my practice and important to our work together. In addition to psychotherapy I have added Ketamine Assisted Therapy to my work.  As a psychedelic integration therapist I can help you decide if Ketamine therapy is right for you and sit with you during your Ketamine experience.

Through psychedelic integration therapy I can prepare you for your experience or integrate your experience with you after you have received the medicine. Ketamine treatments have a diverse range of benefits from relieving pain and suffering to supporting connection and love.

I am the director of the Woodstock Therapy Center, a wonderful collection of practitioners who together are greater than the sum of its parts. The center has been serving the community for over 35 years and continues to grow and change to best meet those needs.

I am grateful for the teachers who came before me and each person's inner knowledge that leads them to healing. I hold with integrity and respect your choice to come to therapy. I look forward to our work.

Our team includes Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Specialists and Holistic Practitioners. We proudly serve the communities of Ulster County, The Hudson Valley and the entire Catskill region.
