I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who believes that real change comes from moving out of the head and into the heart and body. In today’s struggling world, it’s easy to feel stuck, disconnected, anxious, or dissatisfied. Yet painful emotions are natural—and often our greatest teachers. It is my honor to walk alongside my clients as they learn to embrace the full range of their human emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their inner wisdom.

Drawing from the latest research in affective neuroscience and cognitive psychology, I integrate Integral Somatic Psychology to access the body’s role in healing and emotional regulation. Within a relational psychodynamic framework, I incorporate mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and parts work (Internal Family Systems) approaches to create a safe space for transformation. I am grateful that at the Woodstock Therapy Center, I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, a powerful intervention that enhances neuroplasticity and supports the release of long-held patterns. Preparation and integration work promotes new the insights gained becoming lasting change.

My background includes work across community mental health, educational/neuropsychological assessment, school systems, college counseling, hospital-based child abuse treatment, and substance abuse treatment. For the past six years I focused on community mental health and addiction services with adolescents and adults, and most recently served as Project Director of a New York State–licensed mental health program, where I provided clinical supervision and training to graduate students and clinicians.
