I am a psychotherapist and healing witness, friend, creative, and neighbor. Born and bred where the East coast meets Midwest, shaped further by the Bay Area, and now once again settling in back on the East coast in the lower Hudson Valley, I am inspired and influenced by the artists, teachers, mentors, and environments encountered along the way.  I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples/relationships and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Woodstock Therapy Center.  In addition, I offer psychedelic preparation and integration support.

As an integrative therapist, it is important for me to weave transpersonal aspects into my collaborative work with clients that feel grounded and accessible. I strive to hold a radically inclusive, affirming and honest space.

Grounded in the notion that we live in a world of paradoxes, I am committed to exploring with clients to help find personal truths and navigate the nervous system to better connect to self, other, and the environment that encompasses them.  I acknowledge that intergenerational cycles of violence, abuse, and systemic oppression affect everyone, and that we are not all equally impacted. I believe there is an abundance of wisdom and information within each of us.

Working with me may include elements of:  somatic experiencing, expressive arts, IFS, parts work, dream work, emotional regulation and DBT skills, harm reduction, liberation psychology, collaborative grounding, and sacred humor.  I believe my clients are the experts of their unique experiences, and I maintain an authentically curious nature to explore and better understand those inner worlds.  After all, “we’re all just walking each other home”!
