My focus is on anxiety-related concerns (panic attacks, phobias, OCD, PTSD, etc.) as well as alcohol and substance abuse. My therapeutic motivation comes primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), built on top of a foundation in mindfulness training. I have an MS.Ed in Mental Health Counseling as well as a Ph.D in Mathematics.

I am currently accepting new clients, and have some weekend hours available.
