Mark is a Psychotherapist focusing on anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, PTSD, and alcohol / substance abuse (adults). His therapeutic focus is on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a strong focus on mindfulness. Mark also holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics.
